Tabitha is a supporting character in Breaking Cat News, and the lead anchor in Gatos de Noticias, the Spanish BCN. She was originally identified as a "ceiling cat" though was identified when Lupin fell through the laundry chute as Indiana Lupin.

Tabitha has blonde and brown fur and yellow eyes. She wears a turqoise-light blue suit and a pearl necklace.
Personality
She has many things in terms of personality in common with Elvis, though they hate each other. She has caught the red dot (see Georgia Dunn's Instagram), can speak four languages (Spanish, English, Russian, and Chipmunk), and scares dogs (see 3/21/18 strip). Tabitha always has an elegant appearance; she generally wears a pearl necklace and is fond of pastel dresses. She's an alpha female and tolerates no nonsense. One of the first quotes is "And if you don't stop menacing my friend, I will swat you. I swear to CAT, I will swat you silly." She also is a very menacing cat. Tabitha lives with Sir Figaro Newton and The Ceiling Woman. Tabitha reports for Gatos De Noticas, the first person she speaks to on the Breaking Cat News crew is Elvis, and she is threatening him.
