Tillie destroying everything from a shelf
Tillie is a ghost cat from long ago, whose devoted owner was the young Winifred Quinn. She is very spirited and adventurous, like Lupin. She met Puck during Halloween, and later appeared to change Puck's calendar (a BCN calendar) to help him realize how the July Bug could help him. She does not know that she is a ghost. She died from a falling support beam in the Big Pink House's basement. Puck and the Toddler are the only ones who regularly can see Tillie. Elvis has seen her; Lupin has not. She uses a pocket-size spiral notebook for her reporting; when she and Winifred went away, she left the notebook with Puck. She is a reporter for RCO.
