Tommy is a main character in Breaking Cat News and the local outside cat.
Personality[]
He usually/always is cheerful, optimistic, happy, and fun loving. Originally, he was just a minor character.Although it shows that Tommy has a good relationships with them,especially with Elvis,Lupin,Elvis,and Puck have never seen nor met Tommy in real life.
History[]
The culmination of the Christmas adventure, after Tommy showed Elvis the way home, involved Elvis pushing a screen off a window so he could grab and bring back a "Lost Cat" poster showing Tommy. Upon seeing this, The Man went out and brought Tommy in while The Woman called Tommy's Woman. So, all three of the boys have met Tommy, and they gave him a CN microphone so he could be the roving CAT (Cat About Town) reporter. Georgia has described Tommy as 'the heart of Breaking Cat News'.
