Winifred Quinn is a major character in Breaking Cat News, despite being deceased. She was the owner of Tillie and an animal lover. The last cat she raised was Baba Mouse. She has only appeared in the comic in pictures, as a ghost, and in memories. She founded an animal shelter where Tommy's Woman works now. Winifred Quinn Died in 1989 also she was born in 1904. She likes to pet Puck.
